Welcome! IAFF Local 4386 proudly protects the citizens and businesses of Southwest Adams County Fire Protection District #2, a special district of the State of Colorado. We formed our union in the fall of 2004 and are now comprised of 20 career firefighters.  Local 4386 is affiliated with the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF).  The IAFF represents over 250,000 professional firefighters and paramedics in both the United States and Canada, who protect 85% of the lives and property of the nation's population The goal of the IAFF is to to make improvements in the health, safety, working conditions, wages and benefits of its firefighters and their affiliate departments. Local 4386 is not officially recognized by Southwest Adams County Fire's District Board.  All images, namesakes, and content related to the department are used with the expressed permission of the District.
